Annual Medicare Meetings

Medicare changes are coming for 2026, and it's important to stay informed. You’ll receive your Annual Notice of Change (ANOC) letter from your carrier before October 1st—be sure to read it carefully, as there will be major updates. To help you understand what’s changing, I’ll be hosting in-person ANOC seminars throughout October. These sessions will cover the most common carriers, highlight new plans, and give you a chance to ask questions. Don’t miss this opportunity to stay informed and prepared for the year ahead.

Meet Your Speaker

Debbie Westhoff

Owner/Agent

I started selling insurance in 2012 for another insurance company, but was unhappy that they only offered 1 insurance carrier for the clients, when more were available that may suit them better.  For that reason, in 2019, I decided to go out on my own as a broker.  Now, I can offer all the insurance companies available in the area, to give more choices to my clients.   I really got into the insurance market because I love helping people and making a positive difference in their lives. I enjoy meeting so many new people and putting a face to the voice on the phone.  Countless clients have recommended me to their families and friends and it is nice to know the whole family.  I specialize in all health and life insurance options.  I am not a 9-5 office only kind of gal, I am here for my clients 7 days a week, all day long. I know your medical needs do not always happen in business hours, so I am here to help you whenever they occur.

I am very family oriented as I come from a family of 5 kids, of which I am the oldest.  My siblings all live within 5 miles of me, so we do lots of things together.  My parents live right down the road and we are always popping back and forth between houses.  I have been married for 22 years to Bryan Westhoff, we have 4 children and 1 grandchild with another on the way.  Nothing is better than spending time with my family and friends.  I love to cook and bake, but I hate the clean-up process.  I leave that for my husband every chance I get. I love to scrapbook, but it takes me a long time to complete a page. My friends make fun of me all the time about it.  We also own a long-term campground at Mark Twain Lake (close to Hannibal) where we spend most weekends.  We have the same campers all year long, so it is like having a second family.
